Our Fee for 2026 is $415.  We are offering a discount to returning players of $15 when ALL FEES HAVE BEEN PAID AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (see below) turned in by May 15, 2026.  If all required fees and paperwork are not turned in by June 15th the $15 fee will be charged back to account. The fee for returning players that meet the deadline of June 15, 2026 will be $400.  $150 Deposit is required to hold your spot on the roster. 

We also offer a discount of $70 to any player that supplies their own football equipment.  All Football equipment MUST MEET the guidelines to be approved for use for the season.  If you do not meet the equipment guidelines the $70 will be added to account and you must use the equipment supplied by the SYFA.

2. Parent & Player consent form (Every blank space must be filled in)
3. Copy of Birth Certificate
4. (3) copies of your child's final report card for the 2025-2026 school year
5. Physical (Must be completed on Pop Warner physical form)
6. Headshot picture uploaded during registration.  Picture must be a headshot only nothing or no one in picture.
7. Copy of insurance card
8. 2 Forms of Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Copy of Lease, Deed, etc)
