Our Fee for 2019 is $275.  We are offering a discount to returning players of $35 when ALL FEES HAVE BEEN PAID AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (see below) turned in by June 15, 2019.  If all required fees and paper work are not turned in by June 15th the $35 fee will be charged back to account. The fee for returning players that meet the deadline of June 15, 2019 will be $240. 

New Players Registration begins 4/1/19

1. Registration form
2. Parent & Player consent form (Every blank space must be filled in)
3. Copy of Birth Certificate
4. (3) copies of your child's final report card
5. Physical ( Must be completed on Pop Warner physical form)
6. Passport size picture  with your name written on the back of it.
