Registration Dates

Please register on this site by clicking the register link at the top right. 

Our Fee for 2024 is $340.  We are offering a discount to returning players of $30 when ALL FEES HAVE BEEN PAID AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (see below) turned in by May 15, 2024.  If all required fees and paperwork are not turned in by June 15th the $30 fee will be charged back to account. The fee for returning players that meet the deadline of June 15, 2024 will be $310.  $100 Deposit is required to hold your spot on the roster.

1. Registration Form (online)
2. Parent & Player consent form (Every blank space must be filled in)
3. Copy of Birth Certificate
4. (3) copies of your child's final report card for the 2023-2024 school year
5. Physical (Must be completed on Pop Warner physical form)
6. Headshot picture uploaded during registration.  Picture must be a headshot only nothing or no one in picture.
7. Copy of insurance card
8. 2 Forms of Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Copy of Lease, Deed, etc)
